The design of the garden, and especially the individual plant species, was based on an important brief, namely that the garden is in a very windy location. There are, with few exceptions, no houses in the vicinity and therefore it is in a very open area. We adapted the plant range to these conditions and created individual green barriers so that the garden would not be such a windy place anymore.
